When it comes to repairing or modernising outdated marine elevators, we are manufacturer independent. We will modernise your elevator within the specified parameters of economic efficiency and equipment and according to the latest safety requirements.

Our service technicians are certified for offshore operations and provide support to classification societies like DNV GL, Lloyd’s Register, Bureau Veritas etc. when conducting initial tests and periodic examinations. Our LUTZ control system makes it possible to modernise virtually every elevator system. Elevator control systems that have been modernised can be serviced by any specialised lift technician. This provides complete transparency. We offer modification kits designed specifically for hydraulically operated lifts to minimise the lift’s operating noise and significantly improve the elevator’s performance.

We strive to achieve unique quality using standard components. Our elevators are manufactured based on an open system, meaning that your ship will never be kept waiting for a rare replacement part. No matter where it happens to be at the time. Our global logistics service also ensures the provision of spare parts from third party manufacturers in order to guarantee that your vessel leaves port on schedule.

Primary spare parts such as travelling cables, main wire rope hoists, processor units and frequency controllers are available at short notice. We will gladly handle German customs clearance on your behalf. Spare part replacement can be carried out by our qualified LUTZ installation team anywhere in the world – both onshore and offshore.
