Clear communication through digitisation
LUTZ technicians are among the most experienced specialists in the industry. We can be present on site – and not just in the event of a fault or an emergency. Our customised service and maintenance packages ensure your lift operates smoothly at all times. Systematic digitisation accelerates service operations. Service at LUTZ Elevators means exemplary technical support as well as first-rate and transparent communication with our customers. This is made possible through the consistent implementation of our digitisation strategy, enabling us to keep abreast of the latest advances in communication technology. All data from our decentralised units is collated and evaluated immediately. These processes allow us to make continual improvements to our maintenance intervals and response times. On a day-to-day basis, this provides our customers with complete transparency in terms of processes and underscores their full confidence in man and technology. We guarantee to provide customers with relevant updates and to observe maintenance intervals. Our teams, which can be reached around the clock, are trained to cover lifts from all brands or manufacturers. In the event of a breakdown, our expertise in these matters ensures safety and peace of mind. Safety is a key aspect when operating a lift system, which is subject to statutory regulations. For example, employers who provide an elevator for their staff are required by law to carry out a risk assessment. Prior to putting the elevator into operation, the law stipulates that hazards and safety measures are specified through the risk assessment. In the event of deviations from the state of the art or if hazards are identified, three deadlines are set during which measures must be implemented, depending on their classification. The risk assessment is only judged to be legally compliant and complete if these specific safety measures have been undertaken within the correct timeframe and have been signed by the operating authority. Sole responsibility for the safe operation of a lift installation according to the latest standards in technology lies with the operator – with no right of continuance. The responsibility for the provision of a risk assessment lies with the elevator’s operator. In the absence of a risk assessment or by failing to implement the proper measures, the lift operator is liable. At Lutz Elevators, our experts are regularly tasked with issuing risk assessments, including all inspections and documentation. They are a reliable source of information for all questions concerning the safe and lawful operation of your elevator installation.
